The one year singers education is intended for classical and rhythmical singers, singing students, singing teachers, choirmasters, etc.
Using the basic principles of the Anne Rosing Method, you develop your individual voice profile, what we call the core voice. The starting point is the training of the singing body, the particular balancing of the body which yields optimum working conditions for the singing voice.
The singing body and the core voice provide a great technical and musical surplus for musical interpretation and stage presence.​

The course comprises lessons on the following:

Singing body training (body and breathing)
Singing technique training (training the core voice)  
Musical expression, lyric interpretation, performance, etc. 
Extended repertoire knowledge 
Manual treatment (how to perform basic laryngeal massage and release tensions in for example the jaw, the root of the tongue and the pharyngeal constrictor muscles)
Mindset concerning singer identity

 
Structure
The full-year course consists of 4 modules, each containing 5 days of class lessons from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (a total of 40 hours per module) on the following dates:
 
Module 1: 21-25 August 2024
Module 2: 30 October-3 November 2024
Module 3: 5-9 May 2025
Module 4: 11-15 June 2025

In addition, each course student will have:

- 16 hours of individual singing lessons
- Free access to classes on singing body training and singing technique training at the Anne Rosing Institute

Price
The price of the course is DKK 54,000 paid in 12 instalments of DKK 4,500 on the first business day of each month.

The application must contain your motivation for applying to the course and a brief resume. 
All applicants will be invited to an interview where they must perform two songs of their own choosing. Sheets to the songs must be included in the application. Prior to the audition, you will have access to a room where you can warm up.  

The interviews and singing auditions will take place on 10 August from 5 p.m.
