Content

The rehabilitation programme builds a catalogue of exercises designed to develop a new, well-functioning singing voice. You will receive a precise introduction to posture-related vocal problems, thorough guidance in training breath support, and detailed instruction in strengthening the vocal fold musculature itself.

At the same time, you will learn how to treat compensatory tension patterns, including through laryngeal massage and stretching of voice-related muscles in the neck, jaw, and root of the tongue. In other words: you build up and break down.

Target Group

Voice teachers who wish to make rehabilitation part of their specialization.

Singers who themselves have a need for rehabilitation and who, in the long term, wish to pass these experiences on to other singers.

Structure and Scope

The programme runs over one year and is offered as an individual course of study with individual start dates from August 2025. Lessons are arranged individually from session to session. The programme consists of a total of 40 lessons, conducted either as solo rehabilitation sessions and/or as supervised work with practice clients.

The programme is designed primarily as a practical education in which locked compensatory patterns around the larynx, jaw, neck, and root of the tongue are released, among other things through laryngeal massage, while healthy vocal function is simultaneously built up through functional vocal technique.

If you yourself need rehabilitation, this will be your starting point. Once you are considered familiar with the relevant exercises, practice clients will be included under supervision.

You are responsible for finding your own practice clients.

Teaching Days

Primarily Mondays and Tuesdays.

Price

DKK 54,000, payable in monthly instalments of DKK 4,500.

Application

Please send a motivated application to anne@annerosing.dk.
